Join us for six sessions of amazing pole conditioning. Get strong and work muscles you didn't even know you had. We teach class with modifications and to all levels of skill. If you are brand new to pole you will not be left behind and if you are a seasoned veteran you will get challenged.

Weight Training for Aerial Arts & Pole
 

Weight training can add signaficant changes to your pole or aerial training. You will feel stronger and have more endurance on your aerial apparatus or pole. By building the muslces that are not strengthened in aerial and pole we will help you achieve moves that have been alluding you.

HIIT Training for Aerialists & Pole Dancers
 

Burn Calories. Burn Fat. Tone your body and gain endurance and strength, High Intensity interval training is one of the most effective ways to burn calories. Our classes are a combination of body resistence exercises, weights, aerial apparatus and cardio moves. We work at high intensity, meaning our heart rate is over 75% of max. This strength zone maximizes  calories and fat burned off the body. The workouts are 45 mins and you will burn up to 800 calories a session and an additional 100-200 in the following 24 hours.
